Experience a unique flavor with Kahve Dünyasi medium roast Turkish Coffee. Representing a centuries-old tradition, Turkish coffee is produced by roasting Arabica beans which are then ground to the finest degree. Cooked in a traditional Turkish coffee pot, called cezve or briki, Turkish coffee is served in specially-made small cups with coffee grounds at the bottom. The soft velvety foam, delicious flavor, and thick consistency provide an unforgettable experience.
How To Prepare It?
It only takes two minutes to prepare Dünyasi Turkish Coffee.

1)Using the coffee cup as a measuring cup, pour one cup of drinking water in the cezve per cup of Turkish Coffee (the quality of the water affects the quality of the coffee). |

2) Add two teaspoons of coffee (5 g) and two teaspoons of sugar (as desired) per cup. |
|
3) Blend the coffee and sugar with a spoon over a low flame. |
|
4) When the coffee boils over a second time, pour the remaining coffee into the coffee cups. |
|
5) Allow the remaining coffee to brew a while longer before adding it to the cups. |
|
6) It is customary to serve Turkish Coffee with a glass of water. The water prepares the mouth for the coffee’s flavor. |
When serving a large group, it is best to prepare semi-sweet Turkish Coffee.
