The cream can be prepared by whipping.
One package serves for 12-14 portions.
Preparation:
To be added according to the recipe
For dough:
50 g soft margarine
2 eggs
50 ml(5-6 table spoons) of milk
For wetting mixture:
350 ml (1,5-2 glasses) of milk
1-2 table spoons of soluable coffee
2-3 table spoons of sugar
For cream:
400 ml (2 glasses) of refrigerated milk
200g of labne cheese
Tip
You may prepare cream with one of these instead of labne cheese;
with just 500ml (2,5 glasses) of refrigerated milk
400ml (2 glasses) of refrigerated milk and 200ml (1 glass) of cream
400ml (2 glasses) of refrigerated milk and 100 g yoghurt
